Meaty Mondays

Our young(ish) adults gather on second Mondays for "Meaty Mondays”. The “meat” of Meaty Mondays is the conversation and the embodied practices we do together. 

Gatherings typically involve dinner, conversation, and some kind of activity. We’ve done everything from an ice plunge, to a percussion circle, to poetry readings. We hope you’ll join us at our next gathering! All are welcome!
