Immigration Sunday School Series

Led by Neely Baugh-Dash, Immigration Attorney at Rose Immigration Law and Pratik Dash, Political Director for Tennessee Immigrant and Refugee Rights Coalition Votes, this series will cover the history of US immigration law and how the law works (and doesn't work). We will discuss different types of immigration, immigration enforcement trends, and how to have transformative conversations with friends and family about immigration issues. The series will demystify immigration and help us sort through the common narratives seen in the media and pushed by politicians to distinguish facts from myths. There will be plenty of time for questions in a safe and non-judgmental space. All levels of knowledge of and viewpoints on immigration are welcome.
