NEIGHBORHOOD Ministries

Brighter Days ministry includes an after-school tutoring program of one-on-one relationships with children in the Edgehill neighborhood. Students meet each weekday after school, Monday-Thursday during the school year.  Brighter Days also sponsors a summer time ministry with social, educational, and cultural activities. If you would like to enroll a child, volunteer to tutor, make a contribution, or receive more information, please contact Ms. Nancy Crutcher at 615-254-7628, ext. 3, or nancy@edgehill.org

Edgehill Neighborhood Partnership (ENP)
was founded in 2008 to enable the people of Edgehill United Methodist Church to work more closely with neighbors in the Edgehill neighborhood of Nashville, Tennessee.  As a separate non-profit from the church, ENP seeks to build bridges among diverse congregants and neighbors to work for justice.  ENP operates two programs: The FreeStore and The Spot.

Through these programs, the partnership works for justice and equality with our neighbors in the Edgehill community of Nashville, Tennessee, through community action, service, and empowerment.
